Rule 28
A notice board and complaint box should be placed at the entrance
(1) The licensed company shall place a notice board at the entrance of the casino venue mentioning the following in Nepali and English languages:-
(a) Full name and license number of the licensed company,
(b) Casino opening and closing hours,
(c) details of persons prohibited from entering the casino,
(d) Other information required by the player.
(2) The licensed company shall keep a complaint box at the entrance of the casino venue.
